So You Call Yourself a Homeschooler?

We Choose Virtues is one my of my all time favorite companies. And it is not just because they have amazingly fabulous character training products, but also because the owner, Heather is a wonderful friend and true example of Christs’ love. Today I am going to share with you about our families experiences using both the Virtue Clue cards and Virtue Flash Cards.

So You Call Yourself A Homeschooler?

Why We Love the Virtue Clue Cards

  • Same wonderful character training in compact form! The small size (4×6 inches) allows for maximum portability. GREAT for taking with you to sit-down restaurants with small children.
  • Usage of antonyms to help show the importance of choosing to do what is right.
  • Wonderful confessions to help the child learn to speak God’s Word over their actions and life to assist in doing what is right.
  • Vivid colors and different characters keep the younger children engaged.
  • Case has a magnet on the back you can use to attach to the refrigerator. You can easily keep virtues handy in the kitchen when you are having some family fun.

So You Call Yourself A Homeschooler?

What we love about the {faith based} virtue flash cards

  • Great vocabulary builders – using large words that help young children read and build vocabulary.
  • Usage of antonyms to help illustrate the difference between choosing what is right and doing what is wrong.
  • A scripture at the bottom of each flash card that goes along with the particular virtue. This helps the child memorize and speak scripture when faced with temptation to act out of character.
  • A great reinforcement for the Faith Based Parenting Cards – perfect to keep key principles of each virtue at the forefront of the child’s heart and mind.
  • Same vivid colors and loveable characters that appear on all WCV products.
